Dr. Salem Al Ketbi is an Emirati heritage researcher dedicated to promoting and preserving “Al-Sana'”, a set of traditional societal values and etiquettes in the UAE.

He initiated his efforts by holding regular sessions to educate youth on the importance of these values in strengthening social cohesion. Subsequently, he launched specialized accounts on social media platforms like Instagram and Snapchat, offering engaging video content to introduce new generations to the etiquettes of gatherings, the significance of cooperation, and respect for elders.

Al Ketbi aspires to expand his projects by establishing centers and heritage villages focused on instilling “Al-Sana'” in the minds of young people, emphasizing the need to address the challenges posed by globalization and modern technology to preserve Emirati identity and heritage.
