His principles of continuous hard work, perseverance, determination, and grit have been instrumental in his success. He acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Syracuse University in 1986, after moving to the United States of America in 1981.

Eng. Khalid Al Khatib’s leadership and dedication have enabled NAFFCO to become the largest and most recognized company in the fire and safety industry worldwide. He is committed to creating a positive impact in providing safety and protection, which is his passion. When he started NAFFCO in 1991, the company had only 15 employees.

However, under his leadership, the company has grown exponentially, and now employs over 15,000 team members globally. This remarkable growth is a testament to his strong leadership skills and his commitment to providing innovative solutions in protecting life, environment, and property.
